O2Micro International Ltd, and its subsidiaries, (鈥淥2Micro鈥�) provides the enclosed 

product(s) and information subject to the following terms and conditions (鈥淭erms鈥�) to its 

current and potential customers, partners or other persons or representatives receiving the 

products covered hereunder (collectively referred to as 鈥淯ser鈥�). 

1. The demonstration board(s)/kit(s) provided herewith (collectively referred to as 

鈥淒emo Board鈥�) are provided to User on a non-exclusive basis for 

ENGINEERING, DEVELOPMENT, DEMONSTRATION, AND/OR 

EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY. Transfer or resale of the Demo Board to 

any other party is expressly prohibited. Acceptance of the Demo Board is subject 

to these Terms. If User does not agree with the Terms, or if the Demo Board does 

not meet the specifications recited in any supporting documentation (including 

related datasheets), User must promptly notify O2Micro, or immediately return 

the Demo Board to O2Micro. User may not sublicense, rent, lease, or assign the 

obligations of these Terms without O2Micro鈥檚 express written authorization. 

2. The Demo Board is not intended to be used for commercial use. As such, the 

Demo Board may not be complete in terms of required design-, marketing-, 

and/or manufacturing-related protective considerations, including but not limited 

to product safety measures typically found in finished commercial goods. As a 

prototype, this product does not fall within the scope of the European Union 

directive on electromagnetic compatibility and therefore may or may not meet the 

technical requirements of the directive, or other regulations.
